Kenya in RWC 2015?

Quite a relief for kiwi fans.....RWC  now in the bag. No more anxiety of trying do do things right in order to win a world cup. Things like peaking too early between seasons, focusing too much on attractive rugby, rotation policies etc etc...now the boys can sit back and play what comes best to them and i'm sure it will be great. Its easy to look and enjoy what others are doing. How about Kenya? Can we hack it? Is it do-able? Feasable? And if we pitch up, will we make a mark or be roadkill as we are run over by the big boys? Just look at Namibia, Japan, Georgia and the rest of the so called minnows. We stand strong in world athletics. Anyone beating a Kenyan in a race is a hero back home. We stand tall in world sevens......The signs are there that we can do it in the 15s. This sign is also called the x-factor. How must we get it? First cast the net wide.....this net must catch the fellows with the factor because as Dani Craven often said, rugby players are born not bred. This net is cast with pure basics teaching at a grassroot level. And pure basics is pure basics...just that. How to pass. How to tackle. How to kick. And this to 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 year olds not to some 21 year olds.....then lets get physique, develop it and unleash it. Kenya can do it much better than the other minnows.

Kenya 7s

This is wishing Mitch and his boys success in Safari Sevens......Go for it
